📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS subscription, partnership, reseller, MSP, distribution, NDA, data processing, information security, business associate, and vendor contracts • Collaborate with and support partner channel teams in facilitating and negotiating partner deals • Provide expert legal advice and support to sales and cross-functional teams • Apply standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes • Document contracts and obligations using contract and matter management tools and software • Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks • Create and deliver training to business teams on legal best practices and legal and regulatory developments • Coordinate with internal team members on privacy, security, compliance, and product issues • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to global time zones

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6–8 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company in the SaaS industry • Experience supporting and collaborating with sales, partner channel, and procurement teams • Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders and teams • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with ability to identify problems, propose solutions and execute • Conversant with business and legal operations systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Spellbook, and Guru • Comfort in a remote environment and ability to work asynchronously and independently across US, EMEA and APAC time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Juris Doctorate • Relevant license to practice law in good standing
