📋 Description

• Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences to drive decisions • Treat analytics as a product by identifying user needs, prioritizing work by impact, maintaining a shared plan, and building actionable analyses • Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end • Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders • Align analytical priorities, influence decisions, and drive clarity on complex business challenges • Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation • Serve as the data team's subject matter expert on marketing data • Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics • Work across time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders • Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers • Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, including attribution, campaign measurement, and funnel analysis • Ability to learn adjacent functions quickly • Proficiency in SQL • Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt • Familiarity with BI tools with semantic layers, such as Omni, Looker, or Sigma • Experience building or directing predictive models, such as propensity or churn models • Experience with experiments and judging when model output is sufficient to act on • Track record of presenting analysis to executives that influenced a decision • Strong written communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason
