📋 Description

• Examine existing operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements for greater productivity • Manage cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments, ensuring clear ownership, priorities, and timelines • Oversee major projects with clear plans, responsible parties, milestones, and deadlines through completion • Develop and establish processes from concept through completion, ensuring they are followed and produce intended results • Establish accountability for deadlines and deliverables, follow up on commitments, identify delays or blockers, and keep initiatives moving • Create rigorous reporting practices that provide leadership with visibility into project status, progress, and results • Provide operational oversight for IT and technology initiatives, ensuring priorities, timelines, and accountability remain on track

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading operations and driving cross-functional initiatives, ideally within a remote or distributed environment • Strong background in designing and implementing efficient processes and accountability frameworks • Highly proactive and self-directed, able to independently drive follow-through, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues when leadership involvement is necessary • Ability to build trust, gain buy-in, and hold others accountable without creating unnecessary resistance • Optimistic, energetic, and persuasive communicator able to build genuine relationships and navigate strong personalities • Demonstrated success driving initiatives and building relationships in a virtual environment • Ability to consistently work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours • Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, and automation to improve operations and identify efficiency opportunities • Background in law firm or professional services operations is a plus
