📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise applications, including SAP ECC on HANA and related systems • Provide strategic leadership for global application development and operations teams • Manage department budgeting, staffing, supplier relationships, and service-level performance • Drive professional development, skill building, and cross-training • Maintain accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across operations • Support user groups and business stakeholders across functions and geographies • Engage in industry collaboration on emerging technologies and best practices • Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications • Ensure adherence to development governance, UX standards, and quality assurance protocols • Oversee regression testing, transport processes, and Change Control Board activities • Manage interface maintenance and alignment with business workflows • Oversee SAP ECC on HANA updates, patches, enhancements, and performance tuning • Ensure execution of master data maintenance, job scheduling, and archiving • Lead global deployment readiness and SAP-related operational simulations • Maintain stability, security, and compliance through break fixes, issue/ticket resolution, upgrades, vulnerability patching, small site deployments, application expansions, M&A/divestiture support, and SOX audit controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required with 14 years of direct work experience • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, application development, or enterprise systems management • Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and complex application landscapes • Expertise in SAP ECC and HANA technologies • Proven track record supporting compliance-driven environments, including SOX, MMAS, DFARS, and EX/IM • Experience in governance, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration • Experience using the Scaled Agile development methodology • Experience leading globally distributed teams preferred • Strategic thinking and long-term planning with technical depth across application development and enterprise architecture preferred • Operational rigor, attention to detail, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities preferred • Ability to balance innovation with stability and compliance preferred • Information Technology thought leadership preferred • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems
