📋 Description

• Assist the commercial team with drafting and reviewing documentation, contract-related matters, legal research, and ongoing commercial legal work • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and successful client outcomes • Collaborate with attorneys on client communications • Maintain and organize legal documents and case files • Work within commercial pods and support cross-functional teams with ongoing projects • Undertake administrative responsibilities as needed to support operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in law with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices • Prior legal experience is required • Commercial legal experience or experience supporting attorneys strongly preferred • Superior English communication abilities, both written and verbal • Ability to independently organize work, manage competing deadlines, follow through on assignments, and identify when attorney guidance or escalation is required • Comfortable working within a U.S. legal context while applying international legal knowledge • Strong capability to manage and organize large volumes of legal documents and data accurately • U.S. bar admission is not required
