📋 Description

• Develop and maintain optimal relationships with client facility representatives for healthcare professional credentialing and compliance • Conduct final compliance audits for new starts, renewals, extensions, and continued credential maintenance • Maintain a goal of 99.9% document compliance • Serve as the daily contact to facility clients for compliance matters • Establish, document, update, and maintain facility requirements and communicate changes to Recruitment and Compliance Operations • Provide recommendations and potential solutions for day-to-day issues and concerns • Develop, influence, and execute action plans to ensure compliance for facility accounts • Create, analyze, and manage internal and external compliance reports • Participate in internal and external audits • Complete profile sheets and hospital-specific reports • Escalate unavoidable delays or cancellations and communicate action plans with Compliance leadership and Account Management • Anticipate client needs and offer alternatives within Cross Country Standards guidelines • Participate in projects to enhance system automation • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, office environment, and/or service industry preferred • Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word • Prior recruitment, account services, sales, QI or credentialing experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Imaging System and the production database system • Excellent phone skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships • High school diploma or equivalent required • College education or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job preferred
