📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and file quality. • Obtain and verify documentation for analyzing condo projects. • Communicate with condo reviewers, loan officers, Homeowners Associations, agencies, and other professional services. • Obtain condo questionnaires, insurance verification, project budgets, and project litigation information. • Review and analyze project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies. • Complete project packages and verify documentation before project review. • Prepare project approval summaries for missing documentation. • Submit completely documented files to underwriters for approval or denial. • Communicate directly with customers to obtain missing loan documentation. • Complete required project submission checklists. • Manage the pipeline within allotted turn times. • Document loan application communications in the LOS. • Assist closing, secondary, and servicing teams with outstanding suspense items. • Perform other required duties. • Work varying hours and overtime if needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience, required. • Excellent math and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills. • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows. • Bilingual capability is required by the position title and role.
