📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Curriculum Developers through hiring, coaching, mentorship, feedback, goal setting, performance evaluations, and targeted development plans • Own and manage the Training & Onboarding strategic roadmap within Operational Excellence • Collaborate with peer Operational Excellence teams to align training and enablement with operational priorities, product changes, and tooling updates • Serve as the primary enablement partner to Falcon Complete's Service Delivery organization • Translate service delivery requirements into prioritized, high-impact training initiatives • Partner with analysts, technical leads, and operational stakeholders to inform, validate, and improve training content • Drive skills framework development and ongoing skills gap analysis across Falcon Complete • Define and scale content development across new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and role-based enablement • Identify and adopt AI-driven tools, workflows, and use cases to increase efficiency and improve learner experience • Establish team performance metrics and training effectiveness measures • Conduct regular leadership reviews to demonstrate value and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Track team OKRs and provide progress updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related disciplines • 8+ years of experience in training, enablement, curriculum development, or learning & development roles • At least 2 years in a people management capacity leading globally distributed teams • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and drive structured requirements gathering and intake processes • Strong strategic planning and roadmap management skills • Experience translating cross-functional business needs, stakeholder inputs, and skills gap analysis into an executable enablement strategy • Experience developing and applying skills frameworks, competency models, or training needs assessments • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve content development efficiency, team scalability, or learner outcomes • Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Ability to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Managed Detection & Response organizations is a bonus • Hands-on curriculum or instructional design experience using Articulate 360, Rise, Docebo, or similar platforms is a bonus • Familiarity with SOC operations, incident response, or Falcon Complete workflows and analyst roles is a bonus • Knowledge of CrowdStrike products, platform capabilities, and the Falcon Complete service model is a bonus • Experience scaling training programs for technical analyst or SOC populations is a bonus • Advanced certifications such as CPTD, ATD, PMP, or similar are a bonus • Experience with agile delivery frameworks and Jira is a bonus
