📋 Description

• Manage the electronic security systems service department team, including technicians and advisors • Handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs • Formulate strategy, improve performance, procure resources, and secure compliance • Mentor team members and implement customer service best practices • Plan and adapt installation and integration processes to changing project conditions, schedules, and personnel issues • Ensure team objectives and sales goals are achieved • Maintain customer relationships, resolve concerns and complaints, and upsell products and services • Assist with or perform administrative tasks • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, restrictions, and laws • Set up and maintain the service desk and evaluate its efficiency • Resolve service desk problems and improve methods to increase productivity and customer service • Monitor department issues and client complaints to identify recurring patterns • Audit work and customer service to ensure standards and repair quality are met • Oversee inspections, report preparation, and repairs, performing these duties personally when necessary

• Proven work experience as Service Manager or similar role • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management • Experience budgeting and forecasting • Familiarity with business and financial principles • Excellent communication skills • Leadership ability • Outstanding organizational skills • Previous Service Experience • Comprehensive Industry Knowledge • Management Experience • Strong Customer-Facing Skills • Strong Written and Verbal Communication • Self-Motivated • Troubleshooting and Creative Problem-Solving • Experience deploying access control systems and CCTV related systems • Working knowledge of ESS systems such as Lenel, Genetec, S2, Avigilon, AMAG, GE, Honeywell, Bosch, and DMP • Knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws
