• Bachelor’s degree and/or related discipline or the equivalent in the industry in job experience. • 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers • 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team required. • 7+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast paced environment.
