📋 Description

• Track and collect information related to Latam-language-focused eCrime actors, tools, tradecraft, and techniques across environments including the deep and dark web • Provide unique insights for finished intelligence products used by CrowdStrike customers and stakeholders • Collect relevant, actionable, and timely information addressing standing and ad hoc requirements related to eCrime actors • Use engagement skills and OSINT tradecraft to follow leads, identify eCrime threat actors, and track them in online communities • Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends related to eCrime threat actors, with a focus on Latam-language actors • Collaborate with analytical teams producing reports and threat estimates on eCrime topics • Employ secure virtual operational tradecraft methods and practices • Manage concurrent projects and complete assigned tasks with minimal direction

🎯 Requirements

• Language capabilities including, but not limited to, Spanish and Portuguese • Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills • Experience navigating cyber threat actor environments, including social media, hidden services, and forums • Familiarity with a wide variety of eCrime groups • Practical knowledge of technical terminology, tools, and tactics employed by eCrime actors, particularly Latam-language eCrime actors • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and identify creative solutions to difficult problems and scenarios with persistence • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as self-motivation to collect independently and proactively • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal guidance • Excellent attention to detail • Practical experience with virtual HUMINT is highly desirable • Prior intelligence community, human intelligence (HUMINT), or cyber threat intelligence background highly preferred
