📋 Description

• Translate Office of the CEO insights into a multi-year Tailored Solutions strategy balancing bespoke customer needs with global platform scalability and long-term return • Develop strategic hypotheses and run targeted Tailored Solutions experiments • Influence core engineering and cross-module roadmaps to drive durable ARR growth • Advise business leaders and the CEO’s office • Provide strategic roadmap transparency and manage expectations for key global relationships • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and inform critical platform improvements for evolving threats • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to refine messaging for C-suite personas • Translate high-stakes customer risks into technical designs and actionable requirements that inform core product development
