📋 Description

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Help translate proposed solutions into clear Scopes of Work • Partner with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to estimate implementation effort and identify delivery skills • Capture business needs, define requirements, and map current and future-state business processes • Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and industry best practices • Own assigned implementation workstreams as a hands-on builder • Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions • Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security and sharing configurations, reports, dashboards, and other platform components • Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Create and execute test plans and perform functional and system testing • Support user acceptance testing and provide quality assurance • Document solution designs and configurations • Deliver end-user training as needed • Own assigned deliverables through deployment and post-launch support

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform • Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions • Experience across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle • Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting to client stakeholders • Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and guide less-experienced team members • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple project workstreams or priorities simultaneously • Ability to log time daily for client and project reporting • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment • Minimum 20% travel • Candidates throughout the United States may be considered • Salesforce certifications or specializations beyond the core platform are required • Bachelor's degree • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
