📋 Description

• Provide technical advice, guidance, and support on program design and implementation, focusing on larger Emergency Health projects • Contribute to agency-wide Emergency Health strategies, standards, tools, and best practices • Ensure cross-sectoral integration of gender, protection mainstreaming, and disaster risk reduction • Provide remote and on-site technical solutions to regional and Country Program teams • Support strategic planning and application of program design, implementation, partnership, monitoring, and evaluation standards • Lead or contribute to technical designs for large or complex proposals, including monitoring systems and indicators • Advise project teams on integrating donor strategies, priorities, and technical requirements • Support capacity strengthening through learning strategies, training curricula, workshops, mentoring, and coaching • Contribute to knowledge management and learning by analyzing program data, evaluating projects, measuring impact, and sharing lessons learned • Establish and maintain relationships with donors, peer organizations, research institutions, and other partners • Participate in Emergency Health forums to collect and share best practices and promote CRS’ work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in clinical or public health required • Minimum of eight years relevant international working experience in an advisory or management role with progressive responsibilities • Minimum of three years working on health-related program development and implementation in humanitarian, post-conflict, or low-resource settings • Previous experience providing technical assistance and developing successful proposals for external donor funding required • Fluency in English required • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Proficiency in French preferred • Master’s Degree in Public Health or a related clinical/public health field is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office packages, web conferencing applications, information and budget management systems, and knowledge-sharing networks • Experience in Emergency Health technical principles, business development, project design, proposal development, technical writing, mentoring, coaching, facilitation, training, monitoring and evaluation, data collection, data analysis, data presentation, donor networking, and partnership principles • Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, systems thinking, relationship management, written and oral communication, presentation, facilitation, training, mentoring, and coaching skills • Ability to influence and obtain buy-in from people not under direct supervision and work in diverse geographical and cultural settings • Legally eligible to work where the position is performed • Ability to clear required pre-employment medical clearance for positions requiring residence or frequent travel outside a home country
