📋 Description

• Support internal communications, including staff-wide emails, one-pagers, and FAQs about internal policies and processes • Collect staff birthdays, work anniversaries, and HR updates for weekly global-team reports • Support recruitment through candidate communications, interview evaluation tools, resume review, and candidate shortlisting under HR guidance • Observe interviews and contribute to structured, equitable selection evaluations • Support onboarding follow-up and employee engagement activities • Research facilitators and propose ideas for Wellness Get Together sessions • Assist with individual development plans for assigned roles • Contribute to the internship program and HR projects • Serve as a point of contact for interns and support intern engagement spaces • Collaborate daily with the three-person HR team under mentorship from the HR Coordinator and HR Manager

🎯 Requirements
