• Provide support for a variety of administrative, recruitment, and employee experience initiatives • Work closely with the Human Resources team • Draft emails for all staff and prepare clear summaries • Contribute to recruitment processes by supporting communication with candidates • Observe interviews and contribute to structured evaluation processes
• Fluency in English • Spanish highly desirable; other languages may be considered • Interest in Human Resources within the nonprofit sector • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
