📋 Description

• Monitor sales order requests and validate contractual products, pricing, cycles, and payment terms • Apply customer special handling and purchase order information • Review current-year renewal orders against the prior year • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries • Submit invoices through customer online billing systems • Apply customer payments • Enter and update client information accurately and efficiently • Create special tax rules in the sales tax system as needed • Maintain and clear client financial billing information, including purchase orders, special handling, online billing information, management approvals, and special tax rules • Act as the central point of contact for billing-related queries • Investigate billing issues and prepare client-specific summaries and reports • Complete and document collection activities clearly and compliantly • Prepare monthly accounts receivable presentations • Draft customer contracts and amendments • Update systems with contract information • Maintain and continuously update process documentation • Continuously seek process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years in a finance role • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Focus on client service and delivery • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience in Oracle NetSuite and Avalara software is highly desirable • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
