📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and use processes and tools supporting the sales lifecycle, including pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, sales pipeline analytics, and forecasting • Report and analyze order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment • Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools • Design and implement portions of sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations-support processes and tools • Evaluate sales operations processes and activities using relevant analytics, standards, and metrics • Identify trends and issues, perform analysis, develop improvement recommendations, and track change effectiveness • Communicate process and tool issue analysis to stakeholders • Implement specified process or tool changes to improve performance and efficiency • Provide analysis and limited project-direction input as an informed team member • Evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent • Typically 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning • Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods supporting sales activities • Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills • Understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices • Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies for resource and activity deployment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Mastery in English and local language • Ability to communicate quality plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options • SFDC experience preferred • Anaplan experience preferred • Oracle experience preferred • PowerBI experience preferred • SAP experience preferred • Experience partnering with Sales preferred
