📋 Description

• Conduct complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives • Develop complex reports and analyses • Communicate results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts • Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience • 5 years of minimum required experience • Experience working with quantitative and statistical data • Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills • Creative ability to present and utilize data effectively • Knowledge of Lean principles desired • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills
