📋 Description

• Support successful delivery through Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare phases of the S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementation • Design processes using best practices, evaluate gaps, and make scope decisions • Collaborate with external resources, internal RTX teams, business teams, and cross-functional teams on configuration and system capability development • Create and execute test scenarios and scripts; lead testing and defect remediation • Support migration from legacy systems, go-live, and post-go-live business performance • Understand business requirements and provide guidance on effective S/4HANA use for Plant Maintenance processes and related master data • Design and implement solutions supporting Plan to Sustain processes and the RTX operating model • Facilitate end-to-end process mapping between S/4HANA and related boundary systems • Lead requirements gathering, data mapping, configuration, build, and testing • Serve as liaison across cross-functional teams for Digital Technology deliverables • Coordinate activities across Digital Technology, Business Unit, Corporate, System Integrators, and PMO teams • Create and maintain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test plans • Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing • Ensure future success across functional areas of Plan to Sustain • Travel to site locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP • Technical knowledge of the Plant Maintenance module, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans • Hands-on experience supporting data cleansing and migration activities • Experience working on large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated, large organizations preferred • Experience with agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects preferred • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed
