📋 Description

• Own the PLG and expansion roadmap, including in-app value benchmarks, self-serve upgrade triggers, and product experiences that generate expansion revenue • Elevate UI/UX quality, consistency, and brand experience across DISCO Platform • Partner with design leadership to guide UI/UX craft across customer journeys • Engage directly with customers through interviews, feedback, and usability sessions, translating insights into prioritized product solutions • Use usage and funnel data to identify, validate, and prioritize growth opportunities • Build ROI/TCO business-value narratives for procurement and executive stakeholders • Connect expansion triggers to entitlements and provisioning so upgrades provide working access automatically • Introduce rapid prototyping, AI-assisted design/development workflows, and iterative validation • Mentor product managers and cross-functional partners • Lead product initiatives from definition through iteration and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Track record of measurable adoption, activation, or expansion outcomes in a PLG or self-serve motion • Strong UX quality and design-detail judgment • Demonstrated ability to translate customer pain points from interviews, feedback, and direct engagement into product solutions • Experience designing A/B tests, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis • Product analytics fluency for evidence-based prioritization • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Figma Make • Experience with low- and no-code prototyping tools • Ability to translate technical efficiency and product investment into ROI/TCO narratives • Ability to unite cross-functional stakeholders around a shared plan • Comfort working across a distributed, multi-region team and scaling reliable features • Track record of mentoring PMs or cross-functional partners • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Prior legal tech, entitlements/provisioning, growth tooling, or design/front-end/data science experience is a plus, not required
