📋 Description

• Manage multiple medium to large custom and/or SaaS implementation projects from initiation through completion • Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide delivery leadership and direction • Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents, delivery approaches, success criteria, and internal program review materials • Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escalate and resolve concerns • Select and apply appropriate delivery methods, tools, and governance practices • Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision-making sessions • Create and execute communication plans and establish project infrastructure for information sharing and document management • Develop and contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery performance and address variances • Ensure project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained according to delivery standards • Contribute to initiatives improving the Delivery practice and CSG’s project delivery capabilities • Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or software development projects • Experience coordinating with clients and technical teams, managing dependencies, and delivering software-based outcomes • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, change, and resource management • Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, and governance materials • Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction in a collaborative, cross-functional environment • Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to delivery process improvements • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English in a business environment
