📋 Description

• Set product and marketing strategy across both product lines aligned to company growth goals • Own product vision and roadmap using customer input, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data, in partnership with Engineering • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases • Oversee product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for Sales and customer-facing teams • Build, lead, and develop Product Management and Marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Own annual and quarterly planning for both functions, including budget and resourcing decisions • Define and track product and marketing KPIs, including adoption, retention, pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign performance • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to support broader business objectives • Present roadmap, launch plans, and performance results to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing leadership in a SaaS or software organization • At least 3–5 years managing both product management and marketing functions or working in a closely integrated capacity • Proven knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry through direct industry experience or demonstrated end-user knowledge • Proven experience owning strategy and execution for multiple product lines simultaneously • Track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams • Strong grasp of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning • Experience operating in a company of similar size/stage, with limited resources, high ownership, and strategic and hands-on work • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executive leadership • Bachelor's degree required • MBA preferred
