📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of internal, departmental, and customer-facing projects across CSI • Drive project handover from sponsors and facilitate kickoff meetings • Develop and refine project plans based on scope, complexity, and impact • Assign team members to project roles and review milestones with customers • Establish and manage project setup • Maintain communication with project teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Track progress against plans, scope, and timelines • Review time reporting against planned effort • Lead internal and client status meetings and provide written status updates • Escalate risks and issues affecting project success • Lead post-project reviews, collect customer feedback, and measure satisfaction • Improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies • Identify efficiency, cost-saving, and profitability opportunities • Mentor and support other Project Managers • Serve as backup to department leadership when required

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification preferred • Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments preferred • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies preferred • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
