CSLOT - Center for Speech, Language, Occupational Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis is a multidisciplinary clinical center providing diagnostic and therapeutic services for communication, movement, sensory, and behavior disorders to infants, children, adolescents, and adults. Founded in 1980 and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CSLOT offers speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), reading therapy, social communication groups, early intervention programs, and telehealth services. The center serves clients directly and focuses on individualized, evidence-informed care across a range of conditions including autism, aphasia, dyslexia, motor/sensory disorders, feeding/swallowing issues, and speech and language impairments.

📋 Description

• Provide professional services including evaluations and treatments • Counsel parent and family units • Network with other professionals • Ensure program effectiveness through overlaps, session-note audits, IOA data, and performance books • Make programmatic adjustments according to CSLOT policies • Oversee and monitor intake and continuing assessment processes • Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate assigned staff efforts • Conduct client assessments • Provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate • Maintain data on client progress • Train and supervise behavior program staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians • Provide behavior training to CSLOT staff • Record data and report client status to payor sources • Prepare annual reports on program effectiveness • Update Central Reach Calendar and Caseload Document daily • Convert appointments on Central Reach daily • Track approved client hours monthly • Conduct staff training, interviews, onboarding, and participate in program-staff reviews • Follow CSLOT's cancellation and make-up policy • Understand payor-source services and authorizations • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in a field related to Child Psychology, Behavior, etc. • Eighteen months of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board • CPR certified within the last 2 years • Ability to ensure client physical safety • Clinical competence and clinical judgment • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment • Detail-oriented and dependable
