📋 Description

• Coordinate Capital Investment (CI) activities supporting either Marine Corps Installations Command National Capital Region or Marine Corps Installations Command East. • Track, analyze, and draft regional execution-to-plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demolition design awards and budget milestones. • Extract, validate, and align financial and project data with enterprise investment strategies. • Consolidate regional project tracking information and incorporate updates into the Integrated Master Schedule. • Prepare programmatic materials, including POM issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation. • Develop and maintain recurring execution metric reports, including weekly fiscal updates for leadership. • Serve as a central coordination point between planners, engineers, and program offices. • Support Marine Corps installation portfolios by managing capital investment activities, consolidating project and financial data, and preparing reporting for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, facility lifecycle management, facilities planning, or infrastructure analysis. • Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, or planners in a capital investment or portfolio management environment. • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to gather and track schedule, budget, or planning requirements. • Understanding of facility planning, capital investment concepts, or resource prioritization practices. • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field. • Preferred: Experience coordinating facilities-related requirements tracking or planning activities within Marine Corps, Navy, or DoW organizations. • Preferred: Experience supporting MCICOM, NAVFAC, or other DoW facilities programs. • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Minimum Clearance Required: Secret. • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.
