📋 Description

• Analyze data and build data visualizations supporting findings and recommendations • Communicate technical guidance for data collection instruments • Provide technical assistance to customers • Present performance outcomes • Lead client-facing meetings and requirements-gathering sessions • Understand business and technical needs and clarify data and reporting requirements • Communicate project statuses and blockers • Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable solutions and deliverables • Support peer reviews, quality assurance, and validation exercises • Troubleshoot data and visualization issues • Conduct research and analysis of data products, schemas, source systems, calculations, business rules, and data-cleaning methodologies • Recommend dashboard and visualization enhancements while preserving data integrity and improving usability, clarity, and analytical value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of five (5) years of experience identifying, repairing, and maintaining data gathering systems • Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing guidance on accessing and interpreting data products and providing verbal and written technical assistance • Minimum of five (5) years of experience preparing data, including retrieving extremely large datasets, connecting and combining multiple data sources, and applying filters, joins, unions, counts, and other operations • Minimum of five (5) years of experience interpreting data, identifying trends and patterns, and drawing conclusions from datasets • Minimum of three (3) years of experience creating and maintaining Tableau or Power BI dashboards/maps • Experience preparing and querying data using Tableau Prep Builder or Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) • Ability to undergo and successfully pass a minimum background investigation (MBI) or background investigation (BI) conducted through the U.S. Department of Labor • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field • Desired: Experience supporting workforce development programs and employment and training initiatives • Desired: Experience with WIPS and PIRL • Desired: Quantitative analysis experience using tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc.
