📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project development and execution • Define project milestones and own internal timelines • Ensure work quality meets Woodruff's standards • Develop work plans, timelines, and campaign schedules • Provide resource and talent allocation recommendations to the project management lead • Implement processes to maximize efficiency and eliminate roadblocks • Collaborate with project management, account service, and other internal teams • Identify, manage, and appropriately escalate project risks and issues • Create and maintain project information in project management systems • Track project progress against key milestones and communicate timing changes • Communicate project objectives, scope, budgetary considerations, and resource requirements • Build project work plans and timelines from kickoffs through reviews, completion, and delivery • Manage and communicate timing through daily schedules, status reports, timelines, daily check-ins, and weekly status meetings • Track project scope and escalate scope creep or significant scope changes • Independently manage projects for assigned accounts • Support new employees on project management processes and Wrike • Recommend updates to agency processes, workflows, models, and structure • Coordinate staff resources against project work plans

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of traditional and digital project management or other relevant experience • Experience developing and documenting processes, project milestones and timelines • Experience working on digital and traditional advertising projects • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Reliability and accountability • Collaborative problem-solving • Experience working with project management software and Google Workspace • Experience with Wrike preferred through project management software responsibilities • A degree in marketing or advertising or relevant work experience is preferred but not required • Professional experience in an agency setting or related field is preferred • Interest in continuing education opportunities focused on different project management methodologies
