📋 Description

• Build and maintain a communication plan tied directly to SAP project milestones • Write and publish a weekly newsletter as part of a regular communication cadence • Create FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and other communications collateral • Manage communication channels including email, SharePoint, intranet, town halls, and video • Translate technical SAP concepts into plain language for plant and manufacturing audiences • Partner with leadership and change champions to cascade key messages • Run engagement sessions and workshops that create two-way feedback • Track communication effectiveness and report on stakeholder sentiment and adoption • Deliver a communication plan and cadence on schedule within the first 90 days • Improve stakeholder awareness and sentiment tracking measurably • Drive active engagement from plant and manufacturing audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Organizational Change Management communications, ideally on large-scale ERP implementations • Direct experience with SAP or another major ERP platform in a live implementation • Experience communicating to plant or manufacturing audiences specifically • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and email-based communication platforms • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines • Project management skills, with the ability to track and execute communications deliverables • Instructional design skills applied to communication materials • Experience on global or multi-site ERP rollouts • Manufacturing or plant industry background • Familiarity with agile delivery and its impact on communication planning • Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
