📋 Description

• Complete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development • Serve as an individual contributor on complex projects • Maintain an excellent functional understanding of supported applications • Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks • Prepare and manage the technical component of project plans • Participate in systems development direction from technical analysis through user acceptance testing • Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging • Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms • Provide analytical consulting and leadership in implementing information technology solutions • Prepare and review technical and functional specifications and systems documentation • Prepare assessments, task estimates, time frames, and effort estimates • Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications • Recommend new technology, policies, or processes and participate in vendor software evaluations • Follow and promote development standards and procedures • Support risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements • Collaborate with management, technology personnel, clients, and vendors • Monitor staff performance and manage project activities • Provide backup to higher management and serve as a technical representative when required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates degree and 5 years systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years systems analysis/application development experience • Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms • Proficiency with personal computers, project management software, word processing software, and spreadsheet software • Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented • Strong lateral thinking skills • Experience coordinating between Applications and business units • Experience recommending and implementing systems solutions • Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates
