📋 Description

• Lead multi-phase software development projects from design through production • Define project scope, requirements, and lifecycle plans through deployment • Build and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones • Identify critical path decisions and make recommendations to leadership • Manage project resources, hours, costs, and budget versus actual • Create risk mitigation and contingency plans • Drive issues to resolution and enforce project standards • Keep vendors, technical teams, and executives aligned with clear communication • Deliver an approved project plan with defined milestones within the first 30–60 days • Establish consistent budget-to-actual reporting by month three

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management on software development or IT initiatives • 3+ years in a technical client-facing or vendor-facing role • Proven record running complex projects from design and development to production • Experience managing requirements, scope, and budgets, including budget to actual • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage several complex assignments at once • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technology or business • PMP certification or equivalent is nice-to-have • Business analysis experience is nice-to-have • Experience with Jira, Tempo, Confluence, and Smartsheets is nice-to-have • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and distributed workflow processes is nice-to-have • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts is nice-to-have
