📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and cloud implementation projects • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, developers, integration teams, QA, and offshore/global resources • Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, steering committees, and project governance • Identify and proactively resolve risks, issues, resource constraints, and project roadblocks • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project commitments and client expectations • Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and overall project health • Provide clear and timely communication to clients, project teams, and GoSaaS leadership • Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, accountability, and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical project or program management experience within enterprise technology or consulting environments • Experience leading ERP, SaaS, cloud, or large-scale enterprise application implementations • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, including requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and support • Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams • Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, risks, and deadlines • Experience managing project budgets, resource plans, and scope • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Preferred: Experience within an Oracle Cloud consulting/implementation environment, including exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, integrations, or related enterprise transformation programs
