📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end executive search strategies for Director-level and above leadership roles • Partner with senior leaders to translate organizational objectives into executive hiring and succession plans • Provide market intelligence, competitive talent insights, and executive hiring recommendations • Build diverse executive talent pipelines and proactive leadership communities • Identify and engage leadership talent using executive search methodologies, research tools, sourcing platforms, and organizational mapping • Conduct behavioral interviews and executive assessments • Support executive compensation discussions, offer development, onboarding, and leadership transitions • Measure search effectiveness and optimize hiring outcomes using data-driven decision-making • Deliver a high-touch executive candidate experience through proactive engagement and relationship management • Drive offer negotiations and close strategies • Champion governance, confidentiality, inclusive practices, and search excellence • Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, business leaders, and global cross-functional teams • Report to the Global Director of Executive Search

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on executive search or senior leadership recruiting • Experience recruiting Director+ level talent • Experience within a corporate in-house executive search function and/or prior retained search firm experience • Proven success managing complex, confidential executive searches • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience utilizing executive search methodologies, research tools, and sourcing platforms • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills • Experience supporting global and cross-functional executive searches • Knowledge of executive compensation structures and incentive programs • Experience in behavioral interviewing or executive assessment methodologies • Strong executive presence, business acumen, consultative influencing, relationship management, negotiation, discretion, confidentiality, and judgment • Commitment to diverse and inclusive leadership hiring practices
