📋 Description

• Provide maintenance, diagnostics, and repair support for equipment operating in Iron Ore mining environments • Deliver service support to both mining and non‑mining customers within the assigned territory • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems with minimal supervision • Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and reporting in company systems • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding equipment status and service needs • Identify opportunities for improved reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with proven hands-on experience • Proficiency in basic computer systems for diagnostics, reporting, and work order management • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and responsibilities without direct supervision • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned service area • Experience working with high horsepower engines (Preferred) • Background in mining equipment or heavy equipment service environments (Preferred) • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques (Preferred)
