📋 Description

• Deliver and administer high-quality learning for participants and internal customers through TruStage classes and learning programs • Manage and facilitate enterprise L&D programs within the L&D Center of Excellence • Contribute to program governance and drive consistency and efficiencies • Maintain metrics and generate reports as directed by the Sr Manager of Learning and Delivery • Coordinate scheduling, event communication, vendor contracts, and class/program logistics • Coordinate implementation and delivery of enterprise learning programs • Understand and leverage L&D processes and partner with L&D Consultants, Learning Technology professionals, and design and development teams • Assist with evaluation, measurement, and reporting of assigned programs • Provide feedback to improve learning content and participant experience • Build relationships with preferred vendors and engage business stakeholders • Create action/project plans, lead meetings, maintain records, and share stakeholder updates • Build and curate learning curricula • Facilitate courses for people leaders, individual contributors, new employees, and other audiences • Facilitate virtually via Microsoft Teams using annotation tools and breakout sessions • Troubleshoot technology issues during facilitation • Coordinate and prepare guest speakers • Provide feedback to adjunct facilitators and speakers • Apply learning sustainability and reinforcement approaches to support retention • Incorporate current business knowledge into course material • Stay current on L&D trends, delivery best practices, tools, and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in learning and development • 5+ years of facilitation experience • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, theory, and strategies • Prior management experience • Experience facilitating offerings effectively to various audience levels, face-to-face and virtually • Proficiency using Microsoft Teams for virtual delivery • Excellent presentation skills • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills • Some travel may be required • Facilitation certification from Blanchard Companies, Crucial Learning, DDI, etc. is a plus • DDI Certification preferred
