📋 Description

• Oversee and manage multiple evaluation projects and programs • Ensure alignment with client expectations, goals, and objectives • Partner with Strategic Consultant(s) to manage program workstreams • Develop, implement, and maintain project plans and tools • Assist with project scope and schedule management • Coordinate cross-functional project activities with clients, Engage fi resources, and vendor resources • Track, prepare, and present internal and client-facing progress reports and presentations • Report and track action items • Escalate proposed program/project scope modifications and communicate approved changes to stakeholders • Escalate program risks related to project deadlines and activities • Strategize with clients and Strategic Consultant(s) to resolve issues • Facilitate approved modifications to project plans and the overall program • Provision, manage, and maintain program and project management documents, tools, and templates • Use Smartsheet, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint files • Assist with EFI best practices, project tools, and process improvements • Support implementation and adoption of new tools, processes, and technology • Create and maintain internal standard operating procedures • Track project billing hours and budgets • Support consultants and Consulting Services evaluation and conversion teams with process or project issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience • Minimum of 7+ years of related project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry • Project/program management proficiency, preferably related to vendor and system evaluations and selection • Experience working with solutions involving enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities • Project Management Professional Certification preferred • Technical knowledge of Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Ability to learn other software programs • Strong interpersonal and professional verbal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Change, risk, and resource management skills • Ability to work independently in a peer review environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and activity streams • Must be able to work full time, 40 hours per week • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Ability to travel 10–20% based on client and business needs
