• Lead and manage defense munition programs aligned with customer requirements and business objectives • Develop and implement program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and resolve issues proactively • Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with defense industry standards and regulations • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation • Direct work and approve resource requirements and program estimates while leading integrated program teams using the Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) Process • Generate and implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints • Coordinate with Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and Global Business Enterprise (GBE) to support technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements • Employ program-management tools and development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW), Line of Balance (LOB), work-breakdown structure (WBS), and basis-of-estimate (BOE)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management within aerospace defense or related sectors • Strong knowledge of defense munition program requirements, compliance, and regulatory standards • Proven ability to develop and manage complex program plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies specific to aerospace defense projects • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies applicable to defense and aerospace industries • Experience managing programs in aerospace defense and space sectors • 7 years of experience or knowledge of the Aerospace industry specifically in navigation • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities tailored to complex defense projects • Adaptability to dynamic environments and passion for continuous improvement and innovation • Strong communication (oral and written) and executive presentation skills • Candidate must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing; nice to have) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (valued/preferred)
