📋 Description

• Provide patient care • Lead day-to-day leadership responsibility for a team of 12 - 15 clinicians • Lead onboarding and comprehensive clinical training for new hires • Participate in daily huddles and meetings • Manage performance of the team including coaching and corrective action • Develop clinician schedules and manage time off requests • Participate in recruitment/onboarding activities • Take 1 in 5 clinical call on a weekly basis • Contribute to development of clinical services and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree as an MD or DO required • 7+ years clinical practice experience as an MD, DO • 2+ years prior clinical supervisory or people leadership experience required • Ability to participate in limited required business travel is required • Ability to work overnight shift required • Active licenses in a minimum of 7 states and willingness to obtain licenses in any additional states required by the organization • Ability to participate in clinician meetings at times that clinicians are working required
