📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, virtual-first primary care to patients across the United States through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging • Dedicate at least 36 patient contact hours per week to primary care patients in a virtual care setting • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning • Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions • Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results • Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations • Handle referrals and prior authorizations • Manage scheduling and follow-up outreach • Document tasks and communications in the EMR • Complete compliance, CME, and licensing tasks • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes, including EMR platform updates • Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives • Meet or exceed performance standards for patient satisfaction, documentation, response time, clinical quality, and productivity • Serve as collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners through oversight, chart review, care consultation, mentorship, and video visits as needed • Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality compliance • Take on other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• An MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school • A current, unrestricted license to practice medicine with active board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine • At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency; telehealth experience strongly preferred • Active medical licenses in at least one of CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses • Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states is strongly preferred • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule • Understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements related to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers • Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of patient interactions through video and chat • Comfort navigating telehealth platforms and EMR systems, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment • Reliable high-speed internet access • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills • Willingness to be part of a group medical practice • Growth and learning mindset
