📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end post-sale implementations for new and renewal business • Own group setup, structural configuration, contact assignments, and workflow tracking in Overwrite and Mercury • Drive automation efforts and improvements using Curative AI agents • Verify group information, broker/producer assignments, and contract details • Monitor Ironclad agreement workflows and ensure legal, stop-loss, and ACH documentation are completed before installation handoff • Lead discovery sessions and establish onboarding milestones for complex, mid-market, and high-touch accounts • Partner with Account Executives throughout implementation • Drive enrollment execution across ENav and EDI integrations and serve as the main technical contact for setup issues • Coordinate with Legal, Member Services, Care Navigation, and Medical Management on high-priority onboarding issues • Maintain relationships with internal teams, brokers, and external group representatives • Own installation SOPs as the definitive subject matter expert • Identify workflow gaps and improve HelpScout macros, tracking spreadsheets, and team templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Health Plan Implementation, Group Onboarding, Account Management, or Health Plan Sales • Prior experience leading operational workflows or managing client setup systems • Deep working knowledge of CRM/implementation platforms • Experience with enrollment platforms, including ENav and EDI • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HelpScout • In-depth understanding of commercial health plan benefit design and TPA network structures • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Strong diplomacy when managing high-stakes escalation calls with brokers and executive leadership • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Fluent in spoken and written English • Spanish bilingual is a plus; bilingual English and Spanish preferred
