📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 10+ full-service bookkeeping clients • Perform QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations • Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages • Support month-end close and resolve outstanding accounting items • Assist with new client onboarding, QBO setup, and bookkeeping cleanup • Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact for clients • Participate in quarterly client conversations • Manage deadlines and deliverables through workflow systems • Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve the client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting experience • Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency • Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close • Excellent organization and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Strong attention to detail and client-service mindset • XCM or similar workflow experience is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer • No current or future sponsorship requirement to work in the US
