📋 Description

• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to grow and retain existing accounts • Expand the number of bookers, strengthen relationships with existing bookers, and reduce churn • Build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted logistics partner • Become an expert on Curri's product and capabilities • Identify additional logistics solutions for customers • Use data to measure growth-process success and iterate account strategies • Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Operations, and other teams • Frequently travel to meet customers, approximately 20–25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or high-growth environment • Experience in a quota-carrying role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving customer growth • Familiarity with logistics or delivery services is a plus • Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, or Seattle regions • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must address potential employment visa sponsorship requirements
