📋 Description

• Plan supply builds across markets • Onboard and activate drivers • Manage driver lifecycle communications across markets • Explore new growth levers across the driver network • Turn promising growth levers into scalable programs • Run pilot experiments with hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria • Scale successful experiments across the marketplace • Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation • Report supply growth trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership • Learn core supply growth functions and own initiatives from 0 to 1

🎯 Requirements

• Bias for action and strong sense of ownership • Comfort with hands-on, high-volume work including outreach, calls, and follow-ups • Strong data and analytical skills • Ability to pull and organize data independently using SQL and Google Sheets • Good strategic judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with measurable outcomes • Track record of executing pilots and experiments and scaling successful ones • Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach • Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at every level • Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or startup operations • Experience recruiting, onboarding, or engaging drivers, couriers, or other gig workers at scale • Experience building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships • Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations, including FMCSA, DOT, and owner-operators • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
