📋 Description

• Serve as an all-around product expert for Curve Dental software, services, and partners • Work with teams across the organization and prospects of Curve Dental software • Ensure product-related knowledge provided to clients is accurate, thorough, and relevant • Uncover and understand common user issues and drive cross-functional teams to resolve them • Provide product demonstrations and position Curve technology against competing solutions • Identify product opportunities, write up solutions, prioritize them, and interface with Development to represent market needs • Assist in creating educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, and training materials • Stay current on and analyze market trends • Collaborate with Development on product enhancements and customer requests • Prepare presentations using analytical skills and customer feedback • Travel as needed, up to two times per month

🎯 Requirements

• Great skills at leading discussions and interacting with people • Analytic and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Proficiency with products interacting in a web-based cloud environment, preferably in the dental space • Proficiency in MSSQL is a plus • Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data • Solid presentation skills • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to do back-to-back presentations • 3–5 years’ experience in cloud-centric dental software • Experience in US healthcare operations • Ability to travel up to 2 times per month
