📋 Description

• Engage valuation assignments appropriately • Identify the scope of work and determine appropriate valuation approaches and methodology • Complete assignments for commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects • Collect data and conduct market research • Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios • Analyze revenue and expense performance • Develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models • Analyze comparable sales • Perform detailed cost analyses • Draw market comparisons to develop opinions of value • Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals • Develop new business and manage client relationships • Provide commercial real estate valuation services, market studies, feasibility analysis, and strategic consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Certified General Appraiser license • 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate • Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents • Demonstrated ability to solve advanced and multifaceted problems • Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL experience is a plus • Candidate for MAI designation is a plus
