📋 Description

• Solve highly strategic or complex client requirements • Direct project controls delivery across accounts, markets, or programs • Provide executive-level client engagement and advisory support • Lead and develop managers • Ensure service quality, consistency, and scalability • Partner with account leadership on staffing, performance, and growth • Support business development efforts, including pursuits and client expansion • Contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field • Fifteen or more years of related experience • Five or more years of management experience • Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area • Advanced project controls skills • Expertise in client relations, client management and consulting • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Expertise using cost and schedule management software • Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
