📋 Description

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the region • Ensure all reporting and transactional processing requirements for the region are accurate and completed timely • Close the books monthly; timely and accurately with risks and opportunities identified • Prepare variance analysis and work with client services to ensure that budgets and forecasts are achieved. • Support client services with ad hoc financial analysis • Assist in the preparation of quarterly business review decks including KPIs and various analytical reports • Work with client services and corporate finance to identify and minimize financial risks. • Work with client services and business development to identify and execute growth opportunities. • Coach and educate account client services team on financial related topics and policies / procedures. • Work with client services, corporate finance, and legal on contractual matters • Ensure corporate policies and procedures are adhered to • Occasional travel to customer sites to work with site management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Operational Finance, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions. • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, facilities services, industrial services, professional services, or other operationally intensive environments preferred. • Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders and customers as a finance business partner, providing financial insights that influence operational and strategic decisions. • Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close activities, variance analysis, and business performance management. • Experience identifying business risks and opportunities and developing action plans to improve financial and operational performance. • Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes, general accounting principles and financial reporting, SOX compliance and internal controls, and other financial processes.
