📋 Description

• Coordinate across account service lines, account directors and the BIAS team to identify client reporting requirements and best-fit solutions • Identify process-improvement opportunities and implement solutions to close account process gaps • Implement short-term BI solutions while preserving the long-term roadmap • Use advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools • Lead account data and reporting governance • Perform data assessment and mapping for system integration projects • Develop client-specific business glossaries, data dictionaries and technical and process documentation • Provide guidance and training on dashboarding platforms, Triana and other analytical tools • Execute user acceptance testing for feature enhancements and dashboards • Troubleshoot client-specific Triana bugs and issues • Define business requirements for custom reporting and represent account and client needs for Triana enhancements • Analyze the client portfolio to identify risks and opportunities • Support data assessment during Triana onboarding and custom reporting preparation • Partner with development teams on dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measures and product enhancements • Provide verbal and written progress updates to management • Extract data from point applications for Triana uploads • Monitor KPI performance and report results to senior leadership • Review data for QBR documents and manage related drafting and review meetings • Resolve ad hoc reporting requests and other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or Technology • Experience in Power BI preferable, or another data visualization tool such as Tableau • Experience in Alteryx and Python a plus • Good communication in English • Business writing and reporting skills • Understanding of Agile Development • Experience documenting business processes in process maps and step-by-step user manuals • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle tasks • Ability to deliver flexibly and work independently or as part of a team
