📋 Description

• Author, revise, and maintain the Bank’s overall Credit Policy • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on all credit policy matters • Evaluate and approve complex commercial credit requests • Collaborate with relationship managers to develop financing solutions • Oversee ongoing monitoring and management of the commercial loan portfolio • Prepare credit reports and portfolio analytics for the Board Credit Committee • Act as the Lending subject matter expert for core lending technology platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial credit experience • Expertise across multiple loan types (CRE, C&I, ABL, or similar) • Proven experience in credit policy development, credit administration, and portfolio management • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex financial information • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or graduate degree preferred • Technology Skills: Proficiency with core lending and credit systems (e.g., nCino, eLoans)
