📋 Description

• Provide project management leadership for straightforward and complex, cross-functional research initiatives • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for trial startup, site onboarding, vendor implementation, and strategic research programs • Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule • Coordinate across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners • Support planning and execution of vendor partnerships and technology implementations • Organize and support sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferences • Manage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications • Prepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholders • Contribute to initiatives that scale Cardiovascular Research Solutions across its growing national network • Support the successful launch and execution of late-stage cardiovascular clinical trials across a multisite network • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3–5+ years of experience in project management within a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization • Solid understanding of late-stage Phase II–IV clinical trial organization and startup processes • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong organizational, communication, PowerPoint, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with project management software platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools • Experience in cardiovascular clinical research is preferred • Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is a plus • Passion for clinical research and improving patient access to innovative therapies • High energy, high integrity, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing organization • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused • Ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable structure and processes
